TURKISH RESEARCH CENTER

The centre started functioning in 2004. The Turkish Research Center was founded and set into motion with assistance of Culture under the Turkish Government. Information related to the history of the Turkish Republic, Turkish literature, culture and economy, international relations are collected in the center. The relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan and other European countries are also studied in the center.
     The students specializing in Turkish studies and other Balkan countries as well as those who are interested in contemporary Turkey, its place in the system of world countries, the history of Turkish-Azerbaijan relations, its present state and perspectives make use of services provided by the center.
      Cultural gatherings, meetings with Turkish statesmen, scholars and people of art, scientific conferences are held in the center. A society of Turkey lovers operates there.
