Afterwards, Mammadov stated facts about the Armenian murders he witnessed in 1988-1993 as a witness of the Garabagh war: "The criminal acts committed by Armenian aggressors at the beginning of the twentieth century have been repeated by the end of the century." The scientist said that the Khojaly genocide is a blatant fact of Armenian vandalism and terrorism. He assessed this genocide as still the result of double standards as the world did not value the international terrorist act.
