For the outstanding achievements in the development of cooperation between Poland and Azerbaijan, for the strengthening of relations in the sphere of culture; Science and education Mr. Lech Kaczynski President of the Republic of Poland was given the title of the Honorary doctor of Baku Slavic University by the unanimous decision of the Academic Council of Baku Slavic University of June 30,2009.
